One distributor, one stock sheet, and a monthly gap between what the shelf held and what the file said. Eight years later that fix has become a platform running finance, people, stock and assets for businesses across the region.

A stock and invoicing system written for one distributor in Lagos who was losing money to a spreadsheet.

A proper double-entry ledger replaced the invoice log. Multi-company came a few months later, because clients kept asking.

HR, payroll, CRM, procurement and projects merged into a single database with a shared approval engine.

Vehicles, maintenance work orders, leases and facilities joined the ledger — assets stopped living in a separate world.

What we are trying to do
Make the kind of software that used to require a licence fee bigger than a payroll available to a company with forty staff. Not a stripped-down version of it — the actual thing: double-entry that survives an audit, stock that ties to the ledger, approvals that record who agreed.
Where we are going
A business owner should be able to ask a question in their own words and get an answer they can act on before the meeting ends. That is what the AI layer is for. It drafts and it flags; a person still decides. We do not intend to change that.

Say the number
A dashboard that hedges is a dashboard nobody trusts. If a figure is an estimate, we label it an estimate.
Approvals over permissions
Locking someone out is easy and usually wrong. Let them act, and route it to whoever should agree.
Your data is yours
Full export, any time, no fee. A product should keep customers by being good, not by being hard to leave.
Built where it is used
Patchy connections, multi-currency, statutory filings that change mid-year. We design for that, not around it.
Who builds and runs it
PrimeERP is operated by Sabi Team and engineered in TridaxLabs. The same team that writes the code answers the support mail, which is the main reason bugs get fixed rather than triaged.
