Cookie policy

A short list, because it is a short list. We do not run advertising trackers.

What a cookie is here

A small file your browser stores so the site can recognise your session between requests. We use them for sign-in and preferences, and for anonymous usage counts.

Cookies we set

NamePurposeLifetime
PHPSESSIDKeeps you signed in for the length of your session.Session / 48h inactivity
prime_companyRemembers which company you last switched to.30 days
prime_prefsInterface preferences such as sidebar state and table density.1 year
prime_csrfProtects forms against cross-site request forgery.Session

What we do not set

No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no third-party profiling. Usage statistics are aggregated and cannot be traced back to an individual.

Controlling cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you signing in, since there is no other way for the server to recognise you between requests.

Changes

If this list changes we will update the date at the top and, where the change is material, tell account administrators by email.
